Gotham is FOX networks series. We all know the story of batman , and the reason why he became the Dark Knight. The series developed by Bruno Heller and based on characters published by DC Comics and appearing in the Batman franchise primarily those of James Gordon and Bruce Wayne.

The season one begins with James Gordon who is the new detective in Gotham City Police Department (GCPD) . And his first case was the Thomas Wayne and Martha Wayne’s murder . He met Bruce on that night . Season one is all about the introduction of characters .Gotham is all about the vilian’s and Bruce Wayne’s transformation.

Ben McKenzie play as James Gordon the detective. Who struggle with the law and corruption in the city. And how he tries to keep peace in the city. David Mazouz portray as young Bruce. He did an excellent job portraying it . Sean Pertwee portrays Alfred Pennyworth Bruce’s buttler. Camren Bicondova play as Selina Kyle aka Catwoman . Selina is Bruce love intrest.

Morena Baccarin is Ben Mackenzie’s wife she play the role of Leslie Thompskin. She is a CSI. She is the replacement of Edaward Nygma who later become the Riddler.

The series is introduced many of the adversaries of Batman , Including Joker ,Ra’s Al Ghul , Penguin, Riddler etc. It has reached 4 Seasons . The Fox reported that they are cancel the show after 5th season with 12 episodes.
